Your job description
- Responsible customer service, by phone/email, for some of our DIY store customers
- Create offers for car trailers and accessories
- Control of electronic order transmission (EDI)
- Delivery date tracking
- Coordination with logistics for direct shipping
- Content maintenance for the online shops of our retail customers
- Listing maintenance, data maintenance in ERP
- Supporting the sales manager with statistics and preparation for discussions
- Possible participation in in-house exhibitions of our trading partners, presentation of car trailers and accessories
- Preparation of brochures and flyers for design by our marketing department

Your profile
- A completed commercial apprenticeship
- Preferably with professional experience in sales
- Experienced handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Enjoyment of customer-oriented work
- Confident appearance, communicative and able to work in a team
